Services

We build high quality components for industry from automotive to construction. From concept to drawing, prototype to finished product let us help you manufacture the components you need.

Welding

We have a long track record of welding metal materials successfully, from aluminium to stainless steel and carbon steel.

TIG

We have highly experienced TIG and MIG welders to offer you the best of both welding technologies. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is highly versatile, allowing us to join a wide range of small and thin materials. It uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to heat the metal. While it is much slower than MIG welding, we have greater control, so it makes stronger more precise and aesthetically pleasing joins. Our qualified TIG welding teams have specialised training to ensure they can achieve the accuracy and precision required. The tungsten electrode used in TIG welding means metals can be joined precisely with or without a filler.

MIG

Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding is generally used for thicker or larger materials where a very precise weld is not required. It is less difficult to train to use this technology, so production costs are lower. It’s also faster, so production volumes are larger and lead times shorter. The technology uses a consumable wire that acts both as the electrode and a filler.   If you are producing components that are large, and of thick materials, then this is the welding technology we would recommend.
