Fabrication
We fabricate a wide range of components from many different sizes and thickness of metal. We work in aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel predominantly. Our skilled engineers work on hydraulic and fly presses to create high quality components. Our well-maintained power press machinery and tool room includes a full range of presses and technology. We are able to design and make tools to produce the components you require. We have a number of mechanical and fly presses to ensure your components are produced efficiently, on-time, and to high quality.
We are also able to powder coat your components in a range of colours to suit your brand or your client’s brand. Powder coating improves durability and can also provide additional qualities including anti-microbial properties.
Mechanical presses
We have a long standing track record producing components for many different sectors including automotive, construction, electrical, and ancillary equipment. We are skilled at producing complex components, including pressing, using our mechanical presses. Our presses and experienced tool setters produce hundreds of high quality components an hour for our customers who require high volume runs. We are also skilled at producing complex components in low volume runs.
We sample continually throughout the during the production run to ensure that your components are produced to high quality and the correct tolerances.
Fly presses
We have a range of fly presses that are ideal for producing complex components with high precision. Complex components require well engineered tools. We are skilled at producing tools that deliver reliability in production. While we can use tooling provided by you, we are skilled at designing and making tools from drawings you provide. We design these, so that they can be maintained easily, reducing down time. Our design ensures they can be repaired rapidly too, should they wear following long production runs. From flanging to bending and cutting we can build tools for your unique component or utilise our selection of stock tools for simple components.
